Firm Experience
The Bradlau Group, LLP (TBG) is a business consulting and fact-finding firm that specializes in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs and providing corporate integrity monitoring services for private and public sector clients including the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC), the New York City Department of Investigation, New York City Business Integrity Commission, the New York City School Construction Authority, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), other government agencies and authorities, and numerous top ranked law firms.

TBG recently concluded an engagement as the Independent Federal Examiner of Local 1 of the International Union of Elevator Constructors. Among current engagements, TBG is: monitoring labor law and environmental compliance for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey during construction of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub; integrity monitor of a roofing company for DASNY and NYS Office of General Services; and providing vendor integrity background screening for LMDC. TBG also provides support services to the federal monitor appointed by the US District Court for the Southern District of New York to oversee compliance by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP) with federal court mandates. The firm has been the monitor, or Independent Private Sector Inspector General (IPSIG), for one of the largest structural steel painting companies in the United States, an international construction management firm, a fish wholesaler at the Fulton Fish Market, and several construction companies based in New York. In 2005, TBG was engaged to support the Examiner appointed by the United States Bankruptcy Court after the collapse of one of the nation’s largest lenders in the “subprime” mortgage market. TBG had previously provided support services to the Examiner when he was the federal monitor appointed by the U.S. District Court for New Jersey to reform the business operations of the International Boxing Federation (IBF). In 2001 and 2002 TBG was extensively involved in monitoring the integrity of debris removal operations at Ground Zero under direction of the NYC Department of Investigation. Over the years, TBG has successfully completed numerous monitorships involving construction management firms, public works construction companies, solid waste hauling companies, transfer stations, and materials recycling operations.
